You can arrange you appointment by telephone or by calling in to the studio.
At the time of booking you will be asked to pay your sitting/location fee. This can be paid by cheque, cash or credit card. This not only covers my time for your photo shoot, but also acts as a non-refundable deposit if you fail to arrive for your appointment at the allocated time, without prior notice.
Cancellation
If I am supplied with more than 24 hours notice, I will refund your deposit or carry it over to your re-arranged appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given I will only refund your deposit if I can re-book the time allocated to you.
All orders for photographs must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Wedding bookings can only be made with a fully filled in booking form (which is attached to the price list) and a £200.00 non-refundable deposit. In the event that you cancel your booking with Photogenic, this deposit will only be refunded if I can re-book the date reserved for you.
This deposit can be paid by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. (I do not wish to offend, but I do not “pencil in” dates without the above commitment from you).
